Education Scholarship Trust Fund Program (ESTF)

The South Carolina Education Scholarship Trust Fund Program is a targeted education savings account (ESA) program available to South Carolina K–12 students, who meet the means testing and prior public attendance requirements.

Eligibility: 2025–26: Targeted eligibility for students from households earning 300% or less of the Federal Poverty Limit. 2026–27 and beyond: Targeted eligibility for students from households earning 400% or less of the Federal Poverty Limit.

Huntington tutors are certified and accredited, in contrast to some private tutors who are not. In addition to degrees from four-year colleges, they hold either state or Huntington certification. And our centers are accredited by the Middle States Association — the same organization that accredits the vast majority of U.S. schools.
