About Our Huntington Advantage Programs:

Reading Foundation & Comprehension:

We work with students on foundational reading and phonics skills to build their reading readiness and comprehension. After solidifying the foundational reading skills, we help students master advanced techniques that are required for reading and language literacy.

Writing:

We strengthen students’ writing acumen by helping them learn to break the writing process down into steps that include planning, drafting, editing, proofreading and more.

Math:

Building upon each student’s existing math foundation, we teach students new concepts and problem-solving skills that they need for higher-order thinking and more complex math.

Study Skills:

We teach students strategies and concepts that help them study efficiently and effectively while also ensuring they strengthen their independence as students.

Advanced Study Skills:

We teach students higher-level study strategies and concepts that are essential for college-level coursework.

SAT/ACT Prep:

Our 1:1, individualized SAT/ACT programs help students build skills and learn test-taking strategies and time-management tools. Programs are customized to meet each student’s needs and goals.
