Huntington Learning Center is an Approved Provider to enroll students with PASS
PASS – Parent Access to Supplemental Service provides $400 to families whose 3rd grade student scored below standards on the STARR Reading assessment to pay for reading tutoring.
Eligibility
To qualify for the PASS program, a student must meet all of the criteria below:
- The student is currently enrolled in a Texas public school and
- The student scored “did not meet grade level” in reading on the 3rd grade state assessment.

Huntington tutors are certified and accredited, in contrast to some private tutors who are not. In addition to degrees from four-year colleges, they hold either state or Huntington certification. And our centers are accredited by the Middle States Association — the same organization that accredits the vast majority of U.S. schools.
