We Love Education. We Love everything about it and especially the opportunity to help students succeed in school.
This center was first opened in 2003 and has been a part of the surrounding community since the doors open. We do everything we can to partner with other local merchants to help them and us be a community resource. We partner with local schools and PTA's to help fund worthy projects and provide their students with the best opportunity to succeed.
I first became interested in opening a Huntington Learning Center after I retired from 30 years of teaching school and being an administrator. I found that some kids who may not perform well in the classroom, do very well with one to one tutoring. They learn at their own pace and are able to really master the skills they need to become the best students they can be.
The success we have with students is at times amazing, and we get to see and be a part of that transformation. We Love walking into a school to visit with a teacher of one of our students and see the eyes of that student light up because they are now doing so well in class.
Being part of the community allows us the privilege of helping so many families and businesses help each other.
Our location just south of Union High School and the intersection of 71st and Mingo, provides us with a unique opportunity to serve most of Tulsa, Bixby, Broken Arrow, Jenks and even Owasso.
We are very proud to be accredited by Western Association of Schools and Colleges and Middle States Association and Schools Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools.
